Q: How do I create a wholesale account? 

A: Go to the top right of the home screen page and click create account, then from there put in your info and company info. Someone will switch you over so you can view the wholesale prices. 

 

Q: I haven't been able to view the wholesale prices how do I get to see them?

A: You can view wholesale prices as long as you have completed your business info, if you have done so and still cant view the prices then you can email us at danielle@proteambrady.com we will resolve the issue.

 

Q: How long for shipping?

A: Shipping can take up to two weeks or 10 business days from the day you order. Also if you ordered after 3 pm central time the order will be processed the next business day. 

 

Q: I forgot my password 

A: You can request a password when you go to login on the site. There is a icon that says forgot password. Click on the link and it will take you step by step on what to do from there. 

 

Q: I would like to sell my product on your site, who do I contact?

Q: Is Industrial Hemp products legal in my state?

A: Yes Industrial hemp products are legal in all 50 states. 

 

Q: Is Hemp CBD Oil Legal?

A: Yes, The United States Farm Bill of 2014 classified industrial hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC on a dry-weight basis. Because our vendors products contain less than 0.3% THC, we are allowed by U.S. Federal law to conveniently ship to your doorstep.

 

Q: Do your products contain THC ?

A: No, all of the products have 0% THC.
